Patricia “Patty” Chaney has been a well respected Maui Realtor for over 22 years. As a kama’aina, born and educated in Hawai’i, she has a heightened understanding of the Island’s diverse lifestyles and holds a high regard for its rich traditions. Graduating from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA (1977) with a degree in Fine Arts and a certification in Elementary Education,  she returned to the islands she dearly loved in 1980 after residing in Seattle for three years.

Patty’s diverse experience and knowledge of Upcountry Maui and North Shore Real Estate has made her a leader in her field. Her clients love working with her as she offers a keen attention to detail, sensible knowledge in negotiating and marketing skills and provides a terrific level of communication with everyone involved.  For her  involvement with Habitat for Humanity and the Maui Food Bank she was honored with the prestigious “Kahiau (selfless generosity) Award” from the Realtors Association of Maui.

An ocean enthusiast, you can typically find Patty in the water early in the morning on her solo canoe or on her stand-up paddle board.

Vincent Palmieri, a 1970 graduate of Harpur College (SUNY Binghamton, N.Y.), has been a well respected Maui Realtor for 17 years. His diligent business practices and community service has been recognized by his peers and clients. Over the years he has garnered prestigious awards such as Maui’s Realtor Associate of the Year, the Aloha ‘Aina People’s Choice Award, and the Aloha ‘Aina Realtors Choice Award.

As Broker-in-Charge of Island Sotheby’s International Realty Upcountry office, Vincent heads a team of dedicated, professional Realtors. Vincent’s knowledge of Upcountry and North Shore Maui Real Estate, calm demeanor, sense of humor, and acute ability to pair clients with property will make your real estate experience a pleasure.  In his leisure time, you’ll find Vincent tending to his beautiful gardens around his home.
